Right now I’m concentrating on completing my series on the South West USA. It’s going to include: Bryce Canyon, Northern Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Reno, and more. I hope to have it done by the end of July, but we’ll see how things go. I’m going to be adding the photos as I complete them. It was a great trip and I hope to go back there soon!
[update] Adding this series is proving to be quite time consuming. I’m thinking it could possibly take until at least August to have it completed!

The Christmas tree gets tossed out today. The house looks bare and boring now. That was the fastest Christmas ever.
This is a great shot. It almost looks like he posed for the picture. This is another one where his ears were positioned very peculiarly.
This is the second picture in the Mt. Thom series.
Mt. Thom is located in Chilliwack, BC. This location is reached by driving past the new housing development on Promontory. From there, you can spot signs that direct you to the base of the climb. There is parking, and the climb is an estimated 20 minutes.
The very first photo! The first thing we did on the trip was to take small side trip towards Mt. St. Helens. We never went the entire way to the mountain, but part way down the road we came to this lake where we would turn around. The colours in the sky and lake were really amazing and I think that’s what really made this picture.
Bit of a classic shot of a tractor kicking up dust in the dry summer heat. We stopped at a pullout on the I-5 in southern Oregon, and right to the side of us was this farm. I have a lot of shots of the pullout; the trees around us had this really interesting bark and I took a lot of texture pictures, but I don’t think they’re worth posting for this series.
